Warm, low-friction UX: clear topic selector, 2,000-character box and a single 'Scrivimi' button that pre-fills a mailto so you can send the message immediately. It feels genuine and helpful, but claiming anonymity while relying on email/clients and a one-person inbox is misleading — this is a simple, human-run support channel, not a privacy-first anonymous system.
