PostHog users managing multiple projects

Post Description

If I'm reading the room correctly, a lot of people are about to have multiple PostHog projects for the first time.

Here's what nobody tells you: PostHog's web UI stores your project selection server-side. You can't open two projects in separate tabs without them fighting each other. To check five projects, you switch, wait, switch, wait, switch, wait.

I'd go weeks without checking stats on older apps because I'd rather be building than staring at dashboards. The problem wasn't that PostHog is bad (I love PostHog, especially the new AI interface) it's the checking is enough friction that I just... didn't.

I built PocketHog to put all of them on one screen. Every project shows visitors, trend direction, and a customizable conversion metric. Put a widget for each project on your home screen and you see the numbers without opening anything.

No SaaS monthly subscription, no auth, no back end, just your PostHog key on your device.

Anyone else with multiple PostHog projects ... how do you keep track of them?
