I built ROMbug Earth, a Windows browser that displays the IP address, host, estimated network location, and third-party connections behind the websites you visit.

It also includes WebRTC, DNS, and IPv6 leak checks, plus an optional whole-device VPN using WireGuard. The browser and network inspection tools are free; the VPN costs $4.99 per month with no long-term contract.
