The project turns public STOCK Act disclosures into a cheeky 'EVUL Fund' with clear metrics (LEF return, S&P benchmark, alpha) and a 'Banner Days' feed for notable alpha events. The satire and methodology framing give it personality, but the core product is essentially a scraped-trades leaderboard and performance mirror — clever packaging, not a technical breakthrough. I'd love an API, raw-trade downloads, or automated anomaly flags (front-running detectors) to push it from neat parody into genuinely useful civic data tooling.
