Design Token Spec Implemented

Implements the DTCG 2025.10 resolver and token formats with a clear, extensible pipeline (preprocessors, filters, transforms, renderers) plus AJV-backed schema → TypeScript types and an in-memory mode for tool integration. It's a pragmatic, spec-first toolkit for teams serious about formal token schemas, but it's competing in a crowded space (Style Dictionary et al.), so the real win will be adoption driven by strict spec compliance and the schema-generated types.
