It is a fully local Chrome extension, Which uses YouTube channels to isolate your watch feed. And you can quickly switch between profiles with a shortcut or using the 3dots menu of a video to watch in a specific profile.

Or if you are a bilingual person like me and want to maintain two seperate feeds in one premium account...this would help.
