I hated the fact that my Hermes Agent can't read emails unprompted without burning tokens uselessly on heartbeats so I asked it to make this.

It's a skill to set up a customized cron jobs for apps you care about that only responds when there's a real notification and runs every 5 minutes.

Even works for delegated subagents notifying the orchestrator directly
