Qt-based DSLogic client when the official DSView software feels clunky.

Strengths
  • Cross-platform Qt implementation ensures Linux, Mac, and Windows support out of the box.
  • Built by an actual user debugging vintage reverb units, not a generic wrapper.
  • Addresses specific pain points like plugin architecture for custom decoder needs.
Weaknesses
  • Currently video-only demo with no downloadable binary or source repository linked.
  • Competing against Sigrok/PulseView which already supports DSLogic hardware openly.

Post Description

I work on building authentic plug-in recreations of old reverb units. Typically I'm able to use schematics and data sheets, but since I started working with ASICs I had to get a logic analyzer I could afford.

The software that comes with my DSLogic, DSView, leaves a lot to be desired so I began working on a cross-platform logic analyzer I could customize over time.

Let me know what you think and if you would be interested in trying it out once it is ready. For those of you who use logic analyzers in your work, what are the features and decoders most important to you. Is there anything you would want to see in a software package?

Free SEO Crawler and Analyze App

Seodisias crates a local-first SEO auditor with an impressive feature checklist — sitemap crawling, meta/robots checks, canonical and duplicate detection, link status and even PDF export — all shipped as native binaries for Windows/macOS/Linux. It’s a practical, no-paywall alternative to tools like Screaming Frog for freelancers and small teams, but the product needs clarity on scale (large-site performance), CI/API integration, and long-term maintenance to push it beyond ‘competent and useful.’
