Post Description

I lately was really frustrated about all the ai content on reddit. I feel like every second post is just a bot trying to farm engagement. I dont want to invest my time "helping" or answering questions from a bot. Then came to my mind: "It would be so nice if there was something like sponsorblock that removes all the slop". I decided to play with chrome extensions and would like to share mine with you. It works by analyzing the posts OP and the content itself. I first check account age, post-to-comment ratio and profile picture. In the post content I check for links. Optional I also send the Post text to deepseek-v1-flash to check for intent of the post. It then gives me a score. I already got some feedback from my friends and now would like to improve it further. It is not perfect yet so I made it a closed beta. Also since it requires llm I have to be a bit cautious with access or else I am screwed XD. Really interested in your thoughts.

I made a Reddit post checking tool to keep align with subreddit's rules

Nice, focused idea: paste your subreddit, title and body, get a risk score and an AI rewrite tuned for subreddit tone, plus a simple pay-as-you-go credit model. What sells it is the workflow — validate before you hit publish — but the page leaves critical questions open (how it parses Automoderator/rule text, accuracy of the risk score, and what happens to your draft data).

Reddit Online User Tracker – Find the Best Time to Post on Reddit

It scrapes monthly hourly 'users online' data for popular subreddits and turns it into instant per-hour, per-day charts you can use without signing up. The UI is clean and fast — search r/programming and the heatmap/bars appear — but it's essentially a tidy visualization of public counts; missing bells like timezone normalization, scheduled posting integration, or historical post-performance correlation keep it from being standout.
