Real-time virtual try-on using hand gestures and live video diffusion
Gesture-controlled try-on wrapper around Decart's Lucy VTON when Shopify already does this.

The app splits the difference between fun and useful: a 'Fit Check' flow that attempts to preserve your pose and lighting when blending garments feels more practical than a pure novelty image generator, and there's a text-to-image 'Imagine' mode plus a community feed. The implementation looks thoughtfully productized for mobile, but the obvious limits — fabric physics, glitches on complex poses, and unclear privacy/compute tradeoffs — keep it from feeling like a step-change.
Online shoppers and fashion-conscious consumers, plus creators who want to preview or share outfit ideas
So, I built a solution.
*MirrAI* is a mobile app that uses generative AI to let you virtually "try on" clothes. You upload a photo of yourself, pick an item (upper body, lower body, shoes, etc.), and the AI attempts to blend the new outfit onto your body while keeping your pose and lighting natural.
It’s not just a standard image generator; I’ve focused heavily on the "Fit Check" aspect to make it actually useful for styling.
*Current Status:* We are in *Open Beta*. It’s definitely not perfect yet (fabric physics are hard!), and you might see some funny glitches with complex poses, but it’s functional and fun to play with.
*I’d love your help with:* 1. *UX:* Is the flow of uploading/selecting clothes intuitive? 2. *Quality:* How convincing does the "try-on" look to you? 3. *Bugs:* If it crashes or makes you look like an alien, please let me know!
Thanks for checking it out. I’ll be hanging around in the comments to answer any questions!

Spec-to-code pipeline, but Cursor and Continue already do this with better traction.
ADB-powered file manager when MTP already frustrates everyone differently.
Tiered budget carts are nice, but Google AI Overviews already does situational shopping.
Virtual try-on with a social feed, but Snap tried-ons, TikTok Shop, and Instagram already own this.
Yet another minimalist VTT competing with Owlbear Rodeo and Foundry.
